The ASIA Tourism Association is dedicated to advancing tourism and hospitality excellence through strategic education and workforce development initiatives. In 2021, the Association launched the ASIA Center of Tourism, providing complimentary online training programs for tourism professionals and youth, ensuring broad access to industry-relevant knowledge and skills. Advanced and specialised paid programmes are delivered through physical training sessions to offer practical, hands-on learning experiences. 

Expanding its global reach, the Association established the AFRICA Center for Hospitality & Tourism in 2025, delivering targeted training programmes designed to strengthen industry capabilities and support sustainable tourism growth aligned with ESG and SDG principles across the African region. Through these initiatives, the ASIA Tourism Association plays a pivotal role in developing future-ready talent, elevating service standards, and fostering cross-regional collaboration within the global tourism industry.
