Education and training are the foundation of successful careers in the tourism industry. Understanding this, the ASIA Tourism Association, in collaboration with approved training providers, has created clear and empowering pathways to help students turn ambition into achievement.

The Education pathway offers a fully sponsored Bachelor’s Degree awarded by GLOBAL: nXT University, delivered through the DHS School of Tourism and managed by DHS Global. This programme opens doors to an internationally recognised qualification, giving students the confidence, credibility, and global perspective needed to succeed in a competitive industry.

The Training pathway is delivered through the ASEAN School of Tourism, offering over 30 industry-relevant training programmes across key tourism disciplines. These programmes are designed to equip students with practical skills, hands-on experience, and real-world readiness—ensuring they are prepared not just to graduate, but to thrive.
